Seeking a Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee branch operations, including sales, staff supervision, and client networking, while ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage branch activities, focusing on sales goals and pipeline management
• Recruit and train mortgage professionals, enhancing team performance and collaboration
• Stay updated on loan program guidelines and coordinate with corporate management to achieve company objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
