Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee branch operations, including sales, staff supervision, and client networking, while collaborating with the sales and operations teams to drive production and manage pipelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and conduct training sessions based on industry updates
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships while coordinating sales and operations team meetings

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
