Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage sales and recruiting efforts, and collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with loan program guidelines while working remotely in the Naples, FL area.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and conduct training sessions based on industry updates
• Collaborate with corporate management to meet sales goals and improve employee performance

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
