Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and client networking, while collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure production and pipeline management.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all branch activities, adhering to company policies and guidelines
• Stay updated on loan program guidelines and federal/state regulations
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
