Key responsibilities
- Oversee branch activities and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines
- Recruit top mortgage professionals and conduct training sessions on industry updates
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships while coordinating sales and operations team meetings
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
- Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
- Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
