Seeking a Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision, while collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure active production and pipeline management.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all branch activities, adhering to company policies and serving as a liaison to corporate divisions
- Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships aligned with corporate objectives
- Stay updated on loan program guidelines and conduct training sessions for staff based on industry updates
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
- Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
- Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
