Job Summary

Working remotely during CST business hours, the full-time Florida Licensed Mortgage Closer will manage the closing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring compliance with closing protocols and maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and prepare loans for closing while balancing fees and ensuring compliance
• Communicate effectively with customers, mortgage consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the closing process
• Review documents for completeness, clear closing conditions, and authorize disbursement of funds

Required qualifications

• 1 or more years of residential mortgage closing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using Encompass preferred
• Strong mathematical and judgment skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
