Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and present suitable mortgage options
• Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation campaigns and improve conversion rates
• Track and exceed sales performance targets while refining strategies to enhance close rates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchase mortgage origination experience as a licensed NMLS Loan Originator in Florida, California, or Texas
• Completion of the 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education and passing the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test
• Proficiency in using loan origination software and related tools
• Experience handling the full lifecycle of mortgage loans
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting scenarios, and borrower qualification
