Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to provide mortgage services and build relationships within the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on financing solutions to meet their financial goals
• Develop relationships with real estate agents to enhance the home buying experience
• Manage a pipeline of 10-15 loans per month and collaborate with other teams for optimal customer outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of lending experience with an active NMLS license or registration in Florida
• Strong consultative sales skills focused on customer outcomes
• Passion for customer service and relationship building
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA guidelines and ability to provide pre-approvals
• Technology savvy with experience in mortgage systems such as Blend and Byte
