Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator - Commissioned.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage loan opportunities and assess borrower qualifications to match appropriate loan products
• Develop relationships with realtors and the real estate community to promote mortgage lending programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory programs and maintain accurate loan documentation and status records

Required Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience in mortgage lending
• A two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification or training
• In-depth knowledge of the secondary mortgage market and experience with residential real estate lending
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment
• Must pass registration based on the SAFE Act requirements or already be registered
