Review and verify borrower documentation and financial information
Manage deadlines and ensure efficient loan processing to closing

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience
Strong experience in calculating complex income scenarios
Familiarity with various loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo
Experience with Encompass software
Recent experience with a Direct or wholesale mortgage banker
