Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage company, the fully remote Contract Mortgage Processor will manage residential mortgage loan files, review borrower documentation, and ensure compliance with mortgage guidelines on a per-file compensation basis.

Key responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files and track critical dates
• Review borrower documentation for completeness and conduct income analysis
• Communicate with Loan Officers, borrowers, and other stakeholders throughout the processing cycle

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Florida NMLS license
• Strong understanding of mortgage guidelines and loan conditions
• Experience with Salesforce and LendingPad
• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, and New Construction loans
