Job Summary

Processing various types of mortgage loans, the full-time Florida Licensed Mortgage Processor will manage loan approvals, document reviews, and compliance with regulatory guidelines in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer tasks to meet processing conditions for loan approvals according to GSE, PMI, FHA, USDA, and credit union guidelines
• Review and analyze application documents, including employment, income, tax returns, and asset documentation for accuracy
• Maintain communication with all parties involved in the mortgage transaction to ensure timely fulfillment of documentation requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of mortgage processing or closing experience
• 2+ years of Fannie Mae experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance necessary for job responsibilities
• Ability to work evening hours outside of normal operating hours
