Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Mortgage Servicing Oversight to lead mortgage servicing operations with an emphasis on compliance and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits and develop controls for servicing regulatory themes, while preparing reports for senior leadership
• Oversee training initiatives for subservicer staff and manage servicing escalations and client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 12+ years of mortgage servicing experience, including risk management and strategic decision-making
• Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Default Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Subservicing Experience
• Deep knowledge of mortgage regulations and secondary market guidelines
