Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Delegated Mortgage Underwriter IV (Jumbo/High-net Worth).

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Jumbo and Non-Agency loans by reviewing credit, capacity, and collateral characteristics
• Manage individual pipeline by completing underwriting reviews and clearing conditions within established turn times
• Analyze complex income sources and ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the mortgage industry or residential mortgage loan underwriting
• High school diploma required
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry regulations and guidelines
• DE or SAR certification required
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products and Encompass
