Florida Licensed NEPA Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed NEPA Project Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and deliver challenging NEPA/PD&E projects, focusing on client collaboration, project scope development, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pursuit efforts including proposal development, negotiations, and project delivery coordination
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring timely and successful project execution
• Identify key opportunities for follow-up work and maintain strong client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field with typically 12+ years of relevant experience
• Experience delivering Major FDOT NEPA/PD&E projects from concept to LDCA
• Demonstrated ability to lead pursuit efforts and manage project teams effectively
• Proven experience in negotiating NEPA/PD&E contracts and developing detailed project schedules
• Technical expertise in the NEPA process and familiarity with Florida DOT projects
