Job Summary

Resolving consumer inquiries accurately and promptly, the full-time Florida Licensed Network Specialist will adhere to established workflows and maintain knowledge of department services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve consumer inquiries and document interactions thoroughly in relevant technology systems
• Initiate insurance eligibility and ensure timely authorization procurement for reimbursement
• Assess department schedules to maximize resource utilization and avoid scheduling conflicts

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Ability to articulate the mission of the organization and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic typing skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI) preferred
