Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager with a background in Florida Workers' Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management in a Workers' Compensation environment, focusing on cost-effective treatment and return-to-work status
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders involved in the care of injured workers and develop case management care plans
• Monitor health provider performance, evaluate treatment plans, and ensure compliance with state-mandated guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Florida Workers' Compensation or Occupational Health
• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least three years of clinical experience
• Proof of current State Licensure
• Ability to work independently and manage case files proactively
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
