Florida Licensed Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

To support the risk management department, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Case Manager will provide medical evaluation, clinical management, and coordination of services for associates with on-the-job injuries, ensuring timely return to work while working onsite in Lakeland, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing clinical case management and evaluation of medical care for injured associates
• Monitor prescribed medications and collaborate with medical providers and claims teams for appropriate referrals
• Identify and coordinate vendor sources for medical supplies and clinical services to optimize outcomes

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) and active Florida RN license
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or institutional setting
• Basic Life Support certification and ability to secure licensure in all states where Publix operates
• Must complete CCM Certified Case Management and pass the national certification exam within 2 years of employment
• Current unrestricted Florida licensure
