Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Nurse Triage team in a remote medical call center.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to policies and service level agreements
• Lead and mentor a team of nurses, managing staffing schedules and conducting performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and address patient concerns in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 5 years of triage experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• 3-5 years of call center leadership experience in a high-volume environment
• Demonstrated experience managing remote nurse triage operations
