Job Summary
To support patient care and navigation, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Navigator will triage new patient appointments, assess barriers to care, and educate patients on treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Triages new patient appointments and facilitates timely scheduling of initial visits and diagnostic tests

Required qualifications

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
