Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Behavioral Health for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical management of patients in collaboration with psychiatrists and other staff
• Assess patients for acute suicide and violence risk, recommending appropriate care levels
• Assist in the development of Crisis Response Plans and ensure adherence to safety standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program
• Master's or Doctorate degree required
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida required
• APRN licensure and DEA certification required within specified timeframes post-hire
