Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care and prescribe buprenorphine-based medications in alignment with harm reduction principles
• Work directly with patients in a structured, fully remote environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Care Team and participate in structured onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states
• At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting with buprenorphine prescribing
• Interest in full-time work (30-40 hours/week) with fixed shifts ending at 6pm local time
• Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
