Job Summary
To support a growing practice focused on harm reduction, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage patient care by initiating and overseeing buprenorphine treatment in a remote outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based addiction medicine care
- Maintain a patient-centered practice while working autonomously in an independent outpatient environment
Required qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida or other specified states, with the ability to practice independently without physician supervision
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an independent outpatient setting, regularly prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and harm reduction principles
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
- Availability for full-time work, 30-40 hours per week with flexible shift options
