Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide comprehensive virtual primary care, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a panel of patients through video visits, delivering assessments, diagnoses, and treatment while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality virtual primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education
• Manage a panel of patients, addressing acute, chronic, and preventive care needs
• Collaborate with the Care and Case Management team to develop effective care plans

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of experience in an ambulatory/outpatient family medicine or internal medicine setting
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and RN license in the state of residence, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Current board certification by a national certifying body through ANCC or AANP
• Experience independently managing a patient panel as the designated primary care provider
• Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic, compassionate care to patients of all ages
