Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing fully remote virtual serious illness care management, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work evenings, nights, and weekends to support patients and families across various care settings, including hospice and palliative care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and manage care plans for patients and families in a continuum of care
• Consult with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and support
• Document all interactions and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Program
• Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in hospice, palliative care, or acute inpatient care
• National certification, licensure, and prescriptive authority for advanced nursing practice in the home state and additional states as required
• Basic Life Support certification from an approved organization
• Compact RN license in the home state by the date of hire
