Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner will independently manage and initiate buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of patients, delivering medication for opioid use disorder and providing ongoing support
• Initiate and oversee buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care

Required qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida with the ability to practice independently without physician supervision
• At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
• Strong patient-centered practice with the ability to work autonomously
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
• Reside in one of the specified states, including Florida
