Job Summary
Providing fully remote virtual serious illness care management, the part-time Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner will support patients and families across various care settings, including hospice and palliative care, while working evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual assessments and manage care plans for patients and caregivers
- Consult with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care and support clinical needs
- Document interactions and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Program
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in hospice, palliative care, or acute inpatient care
- National certification, licensure, and prescriptive authority for advanced nursing practice in Florida
- Basic Life Support certification from an approved organization
- Compact RN license in home state by date of hire
