Job Summary

Florida Licensed Nurse Resident, this full-time position involves administering bedside patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans under supervision in a specialized digestive health unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Administers patient care and develops/revises individualized plans based on patient needs
• Communicates and collaborates with the medical staff and interdisciplinary team to manage patient care
• Documents patient care and ensures compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Nursing school graduate
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or holds a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate RN license
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
• Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for the unit/department
• No prior experience required
