Job Summary

To oversee the Case Management Department, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Supervisor will manage daily assignments, ensure compliance with utilization review initiatives, and provide input on staff evaluations and human resource matters while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise case managers and oversee daily assignments and compliance with medical necessity reviews
• Facilitate patient access and discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions across care settings
• Serve as an educational resource for medical staff and preceptor for new case managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Valid State of Florida RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in case management and utilization review
• Familiarity with CMS guidelines and medical necessity criteria
