Job Summary
Collaborating with school partners and stakeholders, the part-time Florida Licensed Nursing Coordinator will manage student placements for nursing programs while providing guidance and support to optimize the student experience in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement student placements for internships, clinical rotations, or practicums
- Maintain a database of student placement information and prepare necessary data for submission to Community Benefits
- Facilitate orientation for students and new faculty, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
- Two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe
