Job Summary

Supporting the School of Nursing, the full-time Regional Nursing Student Success Lead will cultivate a dynamic learning environment, develop resources for NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN preparation, and engage with students and faculty to enhance clinical reasoning and judgment remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Applies evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance student and faculty readiness for effective test-taking
• Coordinates and delivers content to support the development of clinical reasoning and judgment among students
• Facilitates active learning strategies and collaborates with campus teams to address specific educational needs

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing
• Current, unencumbered RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning and Socratic questioning
• History of teamwork and collaboration within an academic environment
• Understanding of adult learning theory and evidence-based teaching strategies
