Job Summary

A company is looking for an Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP - FL Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients
• Lead daily clinical huddles and collaborate with the clinical team
• Review complex patient cases and develop evidence-based care plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active compact RN license and licensed to practice as an APP in Florida
• Minimum of 4 years of obstetric experience, including high-risk patients
• Experience in using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes
• NP or CNM with significant obstetric experience and some infant care experience
• Willingness to obtain licenses in all US states
