Florida Licensed Oncology Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Triage Registered Nurse- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Triaging oncology patient calls regarding treatment, surgery, and appointment information
• Monitoring and managing patient symptoms to minimize emergency department visits and readmissions
• Providing ongoing education, resources, and referrals to patients and caregivers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Registered Nurse multistate or Florida single state licensure required
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Three (3) years or more of experience as an RN required
• Two (2) years or more of oncology experience required
• Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
