Job Summary

Leading a hybrid team, the full-time Florida Licensed Operations Director will oversee the Patient Access Center, managing pre-registration, insurance verification, and financial counseling processes to enhance patient experience and drive operational excellence across healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of the Patient Access Center, ensuring timely and accurate completion of pre-registration and financial activities
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while developing staffing schedules based on operational needs
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders to support operational goals and improve patient access

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in Patient Access or related healthcare environments
• Experience with healthcare authorization, insurance verification, and financial counseling required
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and patient access best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with patient access technology platforms preferred
