Job Summary

Offering a flexible remote opportunity, the Florida Licensed Optometrist will examine patients using patented technology, communicate through specialized video conferencing, and analyze eye health to generate prescriptions, either as a full-time or part-time Independent Contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients remotely using advanced teleoptometry technology
• Communicate with patients through video conferencing to assess eye health
• Generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with the support of Ophthalmic Technicians

Required qualifications

• Valid Florida state license as a Doctor of Optometry
• Experience with telehealth or remote patient care is preferred
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Ability to work independently as a contractor
• Willingness to undergo any necessary credentialing and training
