Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans and conduct mental health assessments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team collaboration for case consultation

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred
• Proficient in treatment planning and virtual communication
• Organized and able to work independently in a startup environment
