A company is looking for a Virtual Florida Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate independently while managing tasks such as drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and monitoring deadlines
• Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients during standard business hours

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of recent paralegal experience in Florida
• Proficiency in at least two practice areas such as personal injury, family law, probate, or civil litigation
• Familiarity with case management software such as Clio or MyCase
• Must have a Windows-based computer, reliable internet, and a smartphone
