Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal, PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafts and processes legal correspondence, contracts, and documents
• Acts as a liaison between in-house counsel, outside counsel, and internal customers
• Manages contract management database and credentialing requests from managed care organizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal setting
• Must be a notary public or eligible for appointment
• Knowledge of legal terminology and court systems
• Ability to perform legal research and analyze contracts
• Expertise in software programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
