A company is looking for a Paralegal to support a high-volume patent pipeline remotely in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of patent claims for logical coverage and consistency
• Manage filing logistics, including document preparation and submission via patent filing systems
• Track critical deadlines and maintain visibility of the patent pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent prosecution as a paralegal, particularly for utility patents
• Proven ability to handle 15-25 active filings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in using Patent Center and other e-filing systems for submissions
• Familiarity with multiple technical domains, including biotech, AI/software, and medical devices
• Preferred qualifications include a paralegal certificate or CP/RP certification
