Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Florida Licensed Patient Access Rep will manage patient scheduling, registration, and demographic information in a remote call center environment while ensuring compliance with physician protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register new patients by obtaining and updating demographic and insurance information
• Handle scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits is helpful
• Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment and typing skills
