Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Florida Licensed Patient Access Rep will manage patient scheduling and registration, ensuring compliance with physician protocols and company policies in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register new patients by obtaining demographics, insurance information, and referral sources
• Handle scheduling requests in accordance with physician and authorization protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while performing additional assigned duties

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits preferred
• Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment and typing skills
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multi-task effectively
