Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Florida Licensed Patient Access Representative I - Scheduling will manage patient registration and scheduling in a remote call center environment, ensuring compliance with physician protocols and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register new patients by obtaining demographics, insurance information, and referral sources
• Handle scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to patient access

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits is preferred
• Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment and typing skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage high call volumes
