Florida Licensed Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Florida Licensed Patient Access Representative will manage patient scheduling, obtain necessary demographic and insurance information, and ensure compliance with physician protocols in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register new patients by gathering demographics, insurance information, and referral sources
• Handle scheduling requests in accordance with physician and authorization protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while performing all other assigned duties

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits is preferred
• Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment and typing skills
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multi-task effectively
