Florida Licensed Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support utilization management processes, including insurance authorizations and denial tracking
• Assist with staff scheduling and productivity reporting
• Provide clerical services and communication with patients and third-party payers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital, healthcare, or third-party payer environment
• Knowledge of EPIC EMR and medical terminology preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
