Florida Licensed Patient Sales Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-volume call center environment, the full-time Florida Licensed Patient Sales Specialist will conduct inbound and outbound calls, educate patients on services, and guide them through the medical marijuana certification process while delivering exceptional patient service remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound telephone conversations with prospective and existing patients
• Educate patients about services, pricing, and appointment options while addressing their needs and concerns
• Utilize approved sales techniques to convert calls into scheduled appointments and meet established performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Preferred sales experience of at least one year, particularly in telephone sales or call-center environments
• Experience in healthcare, scheduling, or high-volume customer service is preferred
• Must reside in Florida and maintain a professional remote workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while communicating effectively with patients
• Comfort with technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
