Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Payroll Accountant to support its payroll accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll-related journal entries and record them in NetSuite
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline and resolve variances
- Process biweekly Canadian payroll for two legal entities while ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in payroll accounting
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline or similar ERP systems
- Solid understanding of payroll compliance, including US and Canadian regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- CPA or CPP designation is a plus
