Job Summary

A company is looking for a P&C Broker & Underwriter (Florida/Georgia).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with retail agency personnel and underwriters for accurate account information
• Prepare and manage renewal accounts while soliciting new business from retail clients
• Engage with various carrier relationships and resolve invoicing issues with Premium Accounting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial insurance brokerage or production underwriting
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Wholesale or retail agency/brokerage experience required
• Must be able to pass state exam and obtain insurance license
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance products and services
