To support a growing team, the full-time, remote Florida Licensed P&C Insurance Agent will provide expert guidance to customers regarding policy quotes and billing inquiries while managing policy changes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates accurately
• Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards

Required qualifications

• Background in customer service; call center experience is a plus
