Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Florida Licensed P&C Insurance Agent will provide customer support through policy quotes and billing inquiries, manage policy changes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while participating in a paid licensing training program.

Key responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates accurately
• Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Background in customer service; call center experience is a plus
